Communication Policy
1. Cancellation by Client
Clients may cancel their plan at any time by submitting a written notice to support@martalproperties.us.
Cancellations stop future service renewals but do not refund previously paid fees.
2. Effect of Cancellation
Upon cancellation, Martal Properties will discontinue service delivery and remove access to any ongoing campaigns. Any referral fees from active or closed deals remain due.
3. Cancellation by Company
Martal Properties reserves the right to terminate or suspend services immediately for nonpayment, abusive conduct, or breach of agreement.
4. Surviving Obligations
Referral fee obligations and confidentiality terms survive cancellation.
5. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of New York State, with exclusive jurisdiction in Suffolk County, New York.
