1. Non-Refundable Services

All payments made to Martal Properties are non-refundable once services are activated. The setup and subscription fees represent marketing, administrative, and operational costs incurred immediately upon activation.

2. Exception

Refunds are only applicable if no clients are delivered within 120 days of service activation. If even one valid client is delivered, the payment remains non-refundable.

3. Unauthorized Disputes

Filing a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first constitutes a breach of contract and may result in termination of all services.

4. Processing

Approved refunds (in rare exceptions) are processed within 10–15 business days using the same payment method.
